We at Garblecloud, Inc. (“GarbleCloud”) are committed to protecting your privacy.

This Privacy Policy, among other things, lets you know how we collect, process, use, disclose, and secure information we collect from you when you access our website located at www.garblecloud.com, (the “Site”) or mobile application (the “App”), our Site and App are collectively referred to as “Platform,” to access our service that lets you aggregate your data across different cloud back-up services along with file encryption system that protects your sensitive data (the “Service”). The term “you” and/or “user” refers to the person visiting or using/ purchasing our Platform and/or Service.

Initially capitalized words, not defined herein, shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Service.

1. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make any changes, we will notify you by revising the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice (such as adding a statement to our homepage or sending you an email notification). If there are material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify you more directly by email or means of a notice on your account page prior to the change becoming effective. We encourage you to review our Privacy Policy whenever you access our Service and/or Platform, to stay informed about our information practices and the ways you can help protect your privacy. Your use of any of our Service and/or Platform after the posting of such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

2. INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT
We may collect the following information from you when you use our Service and/or Platform. The information may be stored on our servers or third-party servers.

a. Account Information. When you register to use Service and/or Platform, or create a GarbleCloud account (the “Account”), we may collect all the information that you provide at the time or creating/registering such an Account. This may include personally identifiable information, which is any information that can individually identify you and includes, among other things, your name, e-mail address, payment info, account information of your third-party cloud back-up services, account activity, physical address. We may also collect information that does not personally identify you such as your location, demographics, use of our Service and/ or our Platform and the Internet.

b. Payment Information. When you make payments through our Site and/or App, you may need to provide your financial account information, such as your credit card number, to our payment processing partner. We do not collect or store financial account information, though we may receive transaction identifiers and summary information that does not include credit cards or bank accounts.

c. Cookies. When you visit or use our Platform and/or Services or open our emails, we and our third-party service providers may collect certain information by way of cookies. The information collected in this manner includes IP address, browser characteristics, device IDs and characteristics, operating system version, language preferences, referring URLs, and information about the usage of our Platform and/or Services. We may link this data to your Account. We compile aggregate data about traffic on our Platform interactions in order to offer better experience and tools. You may be able to change browser settings or phone settings, whichever applicable, to block and delete cookies when you access our Site or App. However, if you do that, the Sites or the App may not work properly. Our analytics service providers may also collect information about your use of other websites and online services over time, if those websites and online services also use the same service providers. We currently use Google Analytics to collect and process certain website usage data. d. Customer Support Inquires: If you contact us directly, such as when you contact our Customer Support team, we will receive the contents of your message or any attachments you may send to us, as well as any additional information you choose to provide. 3. USE OF THE INFORMATION
a. We use the information that you provide to:
i) Personalize your experience in using our Service;
ii) Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our Service;
iii) Enable you to access your Account and use our Service;
iv) Provide and deliver the Service;
v) To Notify you of changes to our Platform and/or Service;
vi) Respond to your comments, questions, and requests and provide customer support and service;
vii) Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Service and for marketing or advertising purposes;
viii) Investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access to our Service, and other illegal activities;
ix) Personalize and improve our Service, and provide content, features, and/or advertisements that match your interests and preferences or otherwise customize your experience on our Platform and Service;
x) Send you emails offering our additional Service and other special offers and promotions, if you wish to opt out of email marketing, please click on the unsubscribe link or contact us at support@garblecloud.com;
xi) Link or combine with other information we receive from third parties to help understand your needs and provide you with better Service; and
xii)For other purposes about which we notify you.

b. Disclosure of information to third-party: We do not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise transfer personally identifiable information to others, except:
(i) as provided in this Privacy Policy,
(ii) to defend against legal claims or otherwise protect our rights,
(ii) as required by law, judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us,
(iv) for purposes of law enforcement investigations,
(v) to protect rights, property, or safety of our customers, and/or
(vi) with your consent.

We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

If you submit a request for information through our Platform or by any other means, you agree that we may share the information you submit with third parties, as necessary to respond to your request. Such third-parties’ use or disclosure of the information you submit is subject to their privacy policies and practices and we have no control over the subsequent use or disclosure of any information you provide. If we offer functionality to share information via email or social media on any of our Platform and you choose to use such functionality, the information you provide may be shared with recipients. We may share with third parties, including but not limited to, other users and vendors: (1) information you submit in your Account, and (2) your feedback regarding our Platform and/or Service.

The third-party service providers that we use help us in performing various functions such as processing credit card transactions, analyzing data, serving advertisements and providing marketing assistance. All service providers are contractually required to treat personally identifiable information as confidential.

4. PROTECTION OF THE INFORMATION
While no platform or service is completely secure, we take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Additionally, your personally identifiable information and your password is protected with encryption, such as Secured Socket Layer (SSL) protocol, during transmission over the Internet.
You may access your Account and our Platform and/or Service only through the use of an individual user ID and password. To protect the confidentiality of personal information, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other person. Please advise us immediately if you believe your password has been misused. In addition, always logout and close your browser when you finish your session. Please note that we will never ask you to disclose your password in an unsolicited phone call or email.

5. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS
Pursuant to Section 1798.83 of the California Civil Code, residents of California have the right to obtain certain information about the types of personal information that companies with whom they have an established business relationship (and that are not otherwise exempt) have shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year, including the names and addresses of those third parties, and examples of the types of services or products marketed by those third parties. 6. OUR POLICY TOWARD CHILDREN
Our Platform and/or Service are not directed to children under the age of 13. GarbleCloud users must not be under the age of 13. We do not target any portion of our Platform and/or Service to children under the age of 13, and we will delete any accounts or data of users that we believe to be under the age of 13 to be in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@garblecloud.com.

7. COMMUNICATION AND OPT-OUT

By establishing an Account with us, you agree to receive communications from us, including via e-mail, text messages, and push notifications.

7.1 Email. If you wish to not receive any promotional emails from GarbleCloud please email support@garblecloud.com or follow the unsubscribe options in the promotional emails.

You may not be able to unsubscribe from receiving essential Service-related and Account-related informational (transactional) emails from GarbleCloud. If you do wish to unsubscribe from such emails, please send your request to support@garblecloud.com with subject line: “Unsubscribe from GarbleCloud Transactional Emails.” Please note that unsubscribing from such emails will impact your use and enjoyment of GarbleCloud Platform and Services.

7.2 Push Notifications. You can opt out of receiving push notifications through your device settings. Please note that opting out of receiving push notifications may impact your use of our Services.
